Announcement Regarding the Share Transfer to Nikkei Inc. and Future Management Structure

Thank you for your continued support of Gramco.

To further accelerate our business development and achieve sustainable growth, Gramco has transferred all of its shares to Nikkei Inc. (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Nobuhisa Iida). Going forward, we will continue to advance our business under a new management foundation.

Following this share transfer, there will be no significant changes to Gramco’s management structure or business operations. Atsuro Yamada, the Company’s founder and current Chairman and Representative Director, will remain involved in management as Chairman of the Board without representative authority. Yoichiro Yano will continue to serve as President and CEO, leading the Company’s operations and management under the same structure as before.

In addition, our current employee organization and client service framework will remain unchanged. We will also continue our collaborative relationships with our partner companies and business partners and will further strengthen our service capabilities.

Guided by our purpose, “Enliven people, organizations, and the world,” we will continue to refine our unique branding services, which integrate strategy and creativity, while pursuing further growth under our new management foundation.
